1. Who this applies to

These terms govern your use of this website and any demo, quote, product or service you request from Nexbiz ("Nexbiz", "we", "us") through it. A separate written proposal, order form or agreement — which takes priority over this page — governs the specific scope, price and delivery of any product or project you actually buy from us.

2. Using this website

You may browse this site and use its forms to make genuine enquiries. Please don't use the forms to submit false information, attempt to compromise the site, or send content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

3. Products and services

Nexbiz offers ready-to-deploy business software products, customisation of those products, custom software development, hosting and support. What's included in any of these, the price, and the delivery timeline are set out in the written quote or proposal we send you after a demo or requirement discussion — not on this website, which describes our offering in general terms only.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

• The Nexbiz website, product names, logo and the underlying source code of our ready products remain the intellectual property of Nexbiz.
• For a self-hosted licence, you get the rights set out in your specific agreement to run the product for your business — this is a licence to use, not a transfer of our underlying intellectual property, unless your agreement says otherwise.
• For a custom build, ownership of the code written specifically for you is as agreed in your project proposal — typically handed over to you on final payment.
• Your business data entered into any product is, and remains, yours.

5. Payment

Fees, invoicing currency and payment terms are set out in your quote or proposal. Late payment may pause access to hosted services or support until resolved, as described in that agreement.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep hosted products available and to respond to support requests within the times we quote you, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service — third-party hosting, internet connectivity and maintenance windows can all cause downtime. Self-hosted deployments depend on your own hosting environment, which is outside our control once handed over.

7. Limitation of liability

Nexbiz software is provided to help run your business processes; you remain responsible for verifying outputs (such as invoices, statutory filings or financial statements) before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update this website and these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect that. Material changes to an active agreement require your agreement, as set out in that agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction stated in your specific agreement with us.
